ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or unusually high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our shop.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Standard shipping is $8.00 and is free on orders of $75.00 or more. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.
Express shipping is $15.00. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after processing.
Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Moana Soap cannot control or predict these charges.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the carrier before contacting us.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
