We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Hawaii: 3–5 business days
  • US Mainland: 5–10 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $75

All orders ship in our signature pastel gift-ready packaging. Candles are packed with care to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Moana Soap. If something isn't right, here's what to do:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
  • Email us at hello@moanasoaps.com with your order number and reason
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@moanasoaps.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
